Book An Adventure

SIGNING UP: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

How To Sign Up For A Trip:

Simply complete the Questionnaire and return it to us along with the attached contract and a $500 per person deposit ($1,000 for a Custom or Family Trip).

Or call us at 406-848-7000 with credit card information. We’ll then send you confirmation, a complete list of personal gear, clothing and other items that you must bring, and additional information about your upcoming adventure.

Please do not forget to send us a filled out Questionnaire for each person, even if you sign up by phone!

Payment: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable $500 per person deposit ($1,000 minimum for Custom or Family Trips). The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the trip. If full payment is not received by 30 days prior to the trip, we may cancel your reservation to make room for others. If you must cancel, you will receive a refund for the full trip price minus the deposit, provided we are notified at least 30 days prior to the trip. If you cancel, we may, at our discretion, credit your deposit toward a future trip. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Check or Money Order.

Please Note: Each trek is limited to 5-8 clients, depending upon the trip. When some trips fill, we can run a second group with another guide, doing a completely separate route. But for other trips, due to permit regulations and other factors, we cannot do this. So when such trips are full, we take no more reservations. All trips reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Connecting and Lodging: It is your responsibility to get to the motel, and there is air service/public transportation to all meeting places. We will meet the night before the trip at 6 p.m. in the lobby of one of the following motels, at which time we will hand out trip food and equipment, and conduct a brief safety meeting. We’ll set a pick-up time and leave for the trailhead early the next morning. We recommend these motels for accommodations while in town. Please inform the management that you are a Big Wild Client. It is your responsibility to secure motel accommodations. These motels provide storage space for personal items while you explore the wilds and will help you find alternate accommodations if they are full. They’ll also allow you to park a personal or rental vehicle while you are in the wilds.
